Free Click & Collect Service

We now offer a Click and Collect service to all of our BATA Country Stores, South West Lancashire Farmers and Thompsons Town & Country Store. You can select this option at checkout. You can also collect in-store at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton.

This service is FREE of charge and takes up to 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns - For any returns, please process a return online on your account before returning your items back to the BATA Country Store - or South West Lancashire Farmers or Thompsons Town & Country Store - that you collected your parcel from.

Refunds - Will take up to 10 working days (refunds can not be given at BATA Country Stores, South West Lancashire Farmers or Thompsons Town & Country Store)

UK Standard Delivery

If items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch within 24hrs of the order being placed. All parcels should be received within 3-5 working days. If items are out of stock we will contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your order.

All parcels must be signed for to ensure a safe delivery. Please supply a delivery address where a signature is available. Please quote your registered card address when placing an order.

Note that for some orders the postage cost may increase once an order has been placed, this is due to added surcharges, the size or weight of the item(s).

We will contact you via email or phone and amend your payment upon agreement, if you would prefer not to continue with the order then it will be terminated immediately.

Express Delivery

If the items you have ordered are in stock and your order has been placed before 2pm Monday to Friday your parcel will be sent express delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday Wednesday. If items are out of stock we will contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your order.

Highlands, Islands, Ireland & Northern Ireland Orders

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland are delivered with DPD and can take 2-5 Working Days.

Ireland Services 

Orders to Ireland will be sent via DPD and will require a signature upon delivery.

We will contact you via email or phone and amend your payment upon agreement, if you would prefer not to continue with the order then it will be terminated immediately.

We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.

LARGE - RESTRICTED POSTAGE

Expected delivery within 3-5 days. Products such as PolyJumps equipment will all be sent from a separate location via DX. These will incur a higher cost due to their weight. If you order multiple items, each weight bracket incurs an extra cost. For example: up to 10kg £8.99, up to 20kg £17.99, up to 25kg £22.65, up to 30kg £24.55 etc.

This postage type can only ship within the UK Mainland and excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and all Islands.
