"Good sturdy, well made welly boots. Have been wearing them for a while now on some quite long walks in the new forest and they are proving to be very comfortable. Fit is perfect for my size 10 feet and I can wear them with a thick pair of woolly socks with no problems. Love the styling too. Perfect!"

We offer FREE click and collect to all our BATA Country Stores and Thompsons Town & Country Store, please select this option at checkout. You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 4 - 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.

Express will take  1-2  Days

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
  • Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
  • Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.
