Washing Instructions
Machine Wash at 30?C with similar colours.
Use a mild detergent to preserve the fabric and printed logos.
Avoid bleach or harsh stain removers, as these can cause fading or damage the print.
Turn the hoodie inside out before washing to protect the print and prevent pilling.

Drying
Line dry where possible to maintain the hoodie?s shape and fabric quality.
If using a tumble dryer, select a low heat setting to reduce the risk of shrinkage.

Ironing
Avoid ironing directly on printed logos or wording?turn inside out or place a cloth over the design.
Use a low to medium heat setting to prevent heat damage.

Additional Care Tips
Zips: Fully close the front zip and zip pockets before washing to prevent snags and maintain their function.
Hood Pull Cords: Tie the cords loosely before washing to prevent them from getting lost inside the hood.
Heavy Use Cleaning: If the hoodie has been exposed to excessive dirt or sweat, pre-soak in warm water with mild detergent before washing.

You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 3 - 7 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £6.95 and UK Express delivery at £8.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.
