Product Description

The multi-layered structure of the LeMieux Arika Clima-Tek rug has a unique wool and acrylic blend, making it perfect for moisture management.  This structure controls muscle temperature during the cooling process, allowing for effective moisture wicking without cooling muscles too quickly making this rug perfect on chillier days

• The seamless design contours the body which produces the most efficient wicking effect as well as keeping comfort a top priority.
• Removable, double-lock belly straps help make this rug easy to wash and dry

Please note this rug is not designed as a outer stable rug. Horses should not be left for extended periods in the stable or over-night. The outer fabric is a breathable wicking material and not a rip-stop denier, therefore it can snag. However, this rug can be used as an under rug. Due to the technical nature of the fabrics in this rug, we recommend that these rugs should be machine washed in a large wash bag to protect the rug from any rough edges within the washing machine.

You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 4 - 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

Click & Collect

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
