The Grey Cave Bed Is made from only the highest quality handpicked fabrics. The Outer is a Grey wool mix that creates a hardwearing hood while still looking attractive. The Internal of the Cave Bed is lined with a Luxury Faux Fur Fabric. Soft to touch but made to last. To ensure the bed is suitable on all home surfaces we have designed the bed to have a durable Oxford fabric that is tough and water resistant.

Collared Creatures cave beds also feature a removable rod to give it a raised arch, this is to make it easier for your dog to enter the cave. The bed can be used two ways and you will find that some dogs prefer to enter the bed themselves and see the raising of the hood as fun little game. It is also common that many dogs prefer to use the hood as a blanket so that the can be engulfed in blissful comfort.

All Our Cave Bed’s come with extra padding in the hood to offer more warmth and lasting shape. You will find a small zip at the bottom of the arch to access the removable tubing if necessary. The Cave bed is guaranteed to keep your dog warm and safe even on the coldest of nights.

Washing Instructions

The tubing in the hood must be removed before washing and reinserted after it is dried. Washing cover with tubing may cause the cover to tear. (see washing instructions for more info)

We offer FREE click and collect to all our BATA Country Stores and Thompsons Town & Country Store, please select this option at checkout. You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 4 - 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.
Standard will take 3-5 Days
Express will take  1-2  Days

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.
