RelaxMe is a unique double action formula which works on both the gut and the nervous system.

RelaxMe combines magnesium, vitamin E and B group vitamins to create a calmer more easy-going horse. With RelaxMe the secret is in the loading, so when feeding for the first time give a loading serving, two to four 25g scoops for the first 5-10 days morning and evening until the desired effect is obtained. Then cut back to maintenance level, usually one 25g scoop per day, then before competition or stressful situation increase to loading level for 3 days before event. With RelaxMe you will learn what's best for your horse.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
