Product Description

Easy and comfortable to use, attaches to palm. Perfect for pets that are nervous or new to grooming.

To use, affix the pad to your palm securely, ensuring the bristles point upwards from your palm. Using a natural, stroking motion, gently brush the hair in the direction of the fur growth. The soft bristles will pull away loose hairs and smooth the coat. To ensure your dog has an enjoyable grooming session, do not push the bristles into the dog's skin. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated.

Grooming tips: Grooming is a wonderful way to bondbond with your dog, but dogs that are new to grooming should be introduced to it slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your dog is relaxed, if possible, after they have exercised. Use tools gently and avoid tugging on the skin or on knots or mats. Give youg plenty of reassurance throughout the grooming session. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated or shows signs of stress. Keep grooming sessions brief to begin with, and increase the length of the sessions as your dog becomes used to grooming.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.
