Puddles, here we come! Delightfully dinky and ready for rain, DCUK's Dinky Ducks in Spotty Boots don’t want to miss out on those lovely puddles. Dinky Ducks travel in their own illustrated gift boxes with ribbon handles, making them very collectable and perfect for giving as gifts. DCUK give all of their characters a DCUK name and name tag, but you might like to choose your own for their forever home. Although Dinkies are in their own packaging, you can also make your gift extra-special with one of our beautifully illustrated gift bags.. Especially if you want to hide the contents a little bit. The bags are 21cm tall and supplied flat. As these characters are all individually made, poses may vary from the photos.

We offer FREE click and collect to all our BATA Country Stores and Thompsons Town & Country Store, please select this option at checkout. You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 4 - 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.
Standard will take 3-5 Days
Express will take  1-2  Days

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
