Product Description

The iconic Chasseur, a handcrafted premium 3mm neoprene lined zip boot, is instantly recognisable. Specially designed to fit women's feet and legs. Aramid fibre reinforcement to the front for extra protection against abrasion, rugged waterproof Riri Aquazip and snap button for fastening. Insulating 3mm neoprene lining and shock-absorbing, insulating, all-terrain sole with reinforced shank for improved arch support.

Please note that Neoprene has wonderful insulation properties, but it is a non-breathable material. If you wear our neoprene-lined boot in warm temperatures, or if your feet heatup while wearing, you may perspire. To help to ensure a long life for your Le Chameau boots, please ensure that you dry the insides thoroughly if they do become a little damp when wearing.

Care Instructions

Rubber Boot Care

• Clean your boots with nothing more than water and a brush.
• Let the boots air dry.
• Use a silicone spray and polish using a soft, dry cloth.
• Keep your boots in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from any heat source.
• If the boots get wet, please dry the lining thoroughly before using them again. Crumpled newspaper will help.
• If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

Leather Boot Care

• Use a brush to remove any loose dirt, only use a stiff brush on the soles as this can scratch and damage the leather.
• Further clean with a damp rag using a dedicated leather cleaner if you have one.
• Make sure you allow your leather boots to fully air dry.
• Apply a boot oil, leather conditioner or weather sealant so no moisture is locked in.
• If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

We offer FREE click and collect to all our BATA Country Stores and Thompsons Town & Country Store, please select this option at checkout. You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 4 - 5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

Click & Collect

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
